In the mentioned areas, we provide our clients with complete turnkey industrial solutions from conceptual design, construction, documentation, machines and production lines, installation, to commissioning, further support and service.

Designing Projektovanje

In the designing process, we use the most modern softwares for 3D modeling, static and dynamic stress analysis, CAM, rendering and work simulation. The designing phase is the first and most important in the entire mechanical engineering process. Therefore, we approach this part with maximum commitment with the aim of finding optimal solutions that will later simplify production, increase capacity and reduce the total cost. We make calculations of all key mechanical elements and select them so that the service life is at least 10 years. We adapt the construction of the machine, as well as the materials, to the type of industry: heavy, medium, alimentary, etc... We use software modules with artificial intelligence to optimize the construction of the machines, all with the aim of making our solutions competitive. We attach importance to the design of the machines themselves, since it is the first thing that is seen. To the maximum extent, we use the technologies of CNC laser cutting and bending of sheets and pipes to contribute to the design, and thus to the overall impression of the machine. Finally, all technical documentation undergoes a multi-phase control in order to reduce errors during assembly to a minimum.

U procesu projektovanja koristimo najsavremenije softvere za 3D modelovanje, statičku i dinamičku analizu napona, CAM, render i simulaciju rada. Faza projektovanja je prva i najvažnija u celom procesu mašinogradnje. Stoga, ovom delu pristupamo sa maksimalnom posvećenošću sa ciljem pronalaska optimalnih rešenja koja će kasnije pojednostaviti izradu, povećati kapacitet i umanjiti ukupnu cenu. Vršimo proračune svih ključnih mašinskih elemenanta i odabiramo ih tako da radni vek bude minimum 10 godina. Konstrukciju mašine, kao i materijale, prilagodjavamo tipu industrije: teška, srednja, prehrambena, itd... Koristimo softverske module sa veštačkom inteligencijom za optimizaciju konstrukcija mašina sve sa ciljem da naša rešenja budu konkurentna. Značaj pridajemo i dizajnu samih mašina pošto je to ono prvo što se vidi. U maksimalnoj meri koristimo tehnologije CNC laserskog sečenja i savijanja limova i cevi da doprinesemo dizajnu, a time i celokupnom utisku mašine. Na kraju, sva tehnička dokumentacija prolazi višefaznu kontrolu da bi se greške prilikom montaže svele na minimum.

Mechanical Components Mehaničke Komponente

When choosing mechanical components for maximum satisfaction of our clients, we are guided by the fact that reliability and durability are a priority. Our experience allows us to make an optimal choice in this segment and that the selected components bear even greater unexpected loads for a certain period of time, which are always present in the industry and are long-lasting, and on the other hand, that they are not oversized and do not affect the price of the machine that much. At the request of clients, we cooperate with renowned global manufacturers of mechanical components, as well as cheaper Eastern ones. This is important because we can always offer a cheaper solution in case the client's budget is limited or if the machine will spend a little time in the operational state but, as such, still is necessary.
Our choice for rotary and linear bearing units are SKF, THK, HIWIN.
Our choice for reducer technology is Tramec, Apex, Melior motion, Nabtesco.

Pri izboru maheničkih komponenti za maksimalno zadovoljstvo naših klijenanta vodimo se time da pouzdanost i dugotrajnost budu prioritet. Naše iskustvo nam omogućava da napravimo optimalan izbor u ovom segmentu i to da izabrane komponente podnose i veća neočekivana opterećenja neko izvesno vreme kojih u industriji uvek ima i budu dugotrajna, a opet sa druge strane da ne budu predimenzionisana i mnogo utiču na cenu mašine. Po zahtevu klijenata, saradjujemo sa renomiranim svetskim proizvodjačima mehaničkih komponenti, kao i onim jeftinijim istočnim. Ovo je važno jer uvek možemo da ponudimo i jeftinije rešenje u slučaju da je budžet klijenta ograničen ili ako će mašina malo vremena provoditi u operativnom stanju, a i kao takva je neophodna.

Propulsion Technique Pogonska Tehnika

Our team has successfully conquered all existing machine drive techniques. Pneumatics, as the cheapest and most reliable drive, is our most common choice. We have experience from the simplest manual distributors to complex pneumatic systems with valve islands, serial PLC communication and fast response. Our choice in tires is Festo and AZ Pneumatica. Also, when making special industrial tools, as well as in robotics, we often use pneumatic grippers, chucks from the renowned manufacturer Schunk. When a process requires greater forces, our next solution is always hydraulics. We have successfully produced machines with aggregates from a couple of kW, up to machines with aggregates up to 20kW and cylinders that generate power over 150kN. We also have experience in CNC hydraulics, where the final position and force of the cylinder are programmed, and the automation further regulates the oil flow and pressure in the system. An asynchronous drive, frequency regulated, is the most common choice when rotary motion with a variable number of revolutions is required. We have successfully produced machines with asynchronous frequency regulation of high power. Our extensive knowledge and experience in servo technology enables us to solve even the most demanding automation tasks in the industry. We have successfully built machines with over 10 synchronized servo axes.
Our choice in servo technology is Siemens, Omron, Delta and other world-renowned manufacturers of this equipment. With this technique, we achieve positioning of +/- 0.05mm, as well as speeds up to 5m/s. We pair servo motors with precise planetary and cycloid reducers from renowned global manufacturers.

Naš tim je uspešno osvojio sve postojeće tehnike pogona mašina. Pneumatika, kao najjeftiniji i najpouzdaniji pogon je naš najčešći izbor. Imamo iskustva od najprostijih ručnih razvodnika do kompleksih pneumatskih sistema sa ventilskim ostrvima, serijskom PLC komunikacijom i brzim odzivom. Naš izbor u pneumatici je Festo i AZ Pneumatica. Takodje, prilikom izrade specijalnih industrijskih alata, kao i u robotici, često koristimo pneumatske gripere, stezne glave renomiranog proizvođača Schunk. Kada proces zahteva veće sile, naše sledeće rešenje je uvek hidraulika. Uspešno smo izradili mašine sa agregatima od par kW, pa sve do mašina sa agregatima do 20kW i cilindrima koji ostvaruju sile preko 150kN. Takodje imamo iskustva u CNC hidraulici, gde se programski zadaje krajnji položaj i sila cilindra, a automatika dalje reguliše protok i pritiska ulja u sistemu. Asinhroni pogon, frekventno regulisan je najčešći izbor kada je potrebno rotaciono kretanje promenljivog broja obrtaja. Uspešno smo izadili mašine sa asinhronom frekventnom regulacijom velikih snaga. Naše veliko znanje i iskustvo u servo tehnici omogućuje nam da rešimo i najzahtevnije zadatke automatizacije u industriji. Uspešno smo izradili mašine sa preko 10 sinhronizovanih servo osa.
Naš izbor u servo tehnici je Siemens, Omron, Delta i drugi renomirani svetski proizvođači ove opreme. Ovom tehnikom dostižemo pozicioniranja +/- 0,05mm, kao i brzine do 5m/s. Servo motore uparujemo sa preciznim planetarnim i cikloidnim reduktorima renomiranih svetskih proizvođača.

Machine Making Izrada Mašina

After the technical documentation of the project is completed, we move on to the production of tools, machines and other industrial designed equipment. When designing, we must take into account the technology of manufacturing parts and try to optimize it to the maximum extent with the aim of easier, faster and cheaper manufacturing. Through many years of work in this field, we have mastered most of the production technologies:

- CNC laser cutting of steel and non-ferrous metal sheets.
- CNC plasma cutting of steel up to 50mm thick.
- CNC gas cutting up to 250mm thick.
- CNC sheet metal bending.
- CNC laser cutting and pipe bending
- CNC turning and milling of small and medium parts
- CNC milling of large parts on a 12m gantry milling machine

- MIG/MAG, TIG welding

Nakon završene tehničke dokumentacije projekta, prelazimo na izradu alata, mašina i ostale industrijske projektovane opreme. Prilikom projektovanja obavezno vodimo računa o tehnologiji izrade delova i trudimo se da je u maksimalnoj meri optimizujemo sa ciljem lakše, brže i jeftinije izrade. Višegodišnjim radom u ovoj oblasti ovladali smo većinom proizvodnih tehnologija:

Automation Automatika

Over time, we learned that it is extremely important that designers from the very beginning cooperate closely with our automation engineers, i.e right from the conceptual solution. With this, we manage to optimize the construction of the machine in this segment as well as to ensure that the machine's automation is at the highest level. For many years, our team has been successfully responding to industry requirements regarding automation and the degree of autonomy of the machines themselves. We use the most up-to-date software for designing power installations, control electronics, as well as complete electrical schematics of the entire machine. In-house we design and manufacture complete control cabinets, programming of PLCs, HMIs, servos and frequency regulators for all our machines.
In programming, we use advanced control algorithms with the aim of raising the productivity and safety of the machine to the highest level.
Upon request, we implement SCADA systems from renowned manufacturers. We have developed our own SCADA application for optimal production management and monitoring.
We equip the machines with sensors, cameras and safety components of the latest generation with the aim of following the trend of Industry 4.0.
Our choice in the field of power electronics is Schnieder and Siemens.
Our choice in the field of control electronics is Siemens, Omron, Delta.
Our choice in the field of sensors is Omron, Delta, Sick, Baluf. We also provide automation services for existing machines.

Vremenom smo naučili da je od izuzetnog značaja da projektanti već od samo početka, tj. već od idejnog rešenja usko saradjuju sa našim inženjerima automatike. Ovim uspevamo da i u ovom segmentu izvršimo optimizaciju konstrukcije mašine kao i da automatika mašine bude na najvišem nivou. Naš tim već duži niz godina uspešno odgovara na zahteve industrije po pitanju automatike i stepena autonomije samih mašina. Koristimo najsavremenije softvere za projektovanje energetskih instalacija, upravljačke elektronike, kao i kompletno elektro-šemiranje cele mašine. U kući vršimo projektovanje i izradu kompletnih upravljačkih ormana, programiranje PLC-a, HMI-a servo i frekventnih regulatora za sve naše mašine.
U programiranju koristimo napredne upravljačke alogritme sa ciljem da produktivnost i bezbednost mašine podignemo na najviši nivo. Po zahtevu implementujemo SCADA sisteme renomiranih proizvodjača. Razvili smo sopstvenu SCADA aplikaciju za optimalno upravljanje i praćenje proizvodnje.
Mašine opremamo sa senzorima, kamerama i bezbednosnim komponentama poslednje generacije sa ciljem da pratimo trend Industrije 4.0.

Industrial Robotics Industrijska Robotika

Our company is a system integrator for robotic industrial systems and behind it has many successfully completed projects in this segment. We are an authorized importer, distributor and service center for the Chinese manufacturer CRP Robotics. Often within industrial production lines there is a need to manipulate parts or any other repetitive action with multiple degrees of freedom. In that case, it is not profitable to design manipulators, but the solution is to implement industrial robots in the existing system.
Our choice in the field of industrial robots is Yaskawa, CROBOTP, Panasonic... Implementation of other brands upon request.

Naša kompanija je sistem integrator za robotske industrijske sisteme i iza sebe ima dosta uspešno završenih projekta u ovom segmentu. Ovlašćeni smo uvoznik, distributer i servisni centar za kineskog proizvođača CRP Robotics. Često se u okviru industrijskih proizvodnih linija pojavi potreba za manipulacijom komada ili bilo kojom drugom ponavljajućom radnjom sa više stepeni slobode. U tom slučaju nije isplativo projektovati manipulatore, već je rešenje implementacija industrijskih robota u postojeći sistem.

Safety Bezbednost

Our imperative in manufacturing dedicated industrial machines is safety. Today's industrial machines have large capacities and reach high speeds of moving parts. This is the most common cause of operator injury due to a poorly designed safety system. We make maximum efforts to ensure that the reliability of the security system is at the highest level. We achieve this by using Safety PLCs, as well as protective safety devices from renowned global manufacturers.
With each of our machines, we issue a certificate of conformity (CE and Tri A mark) with Serbian and European regulations on the design and safety of machines. Each of our machines receives a permit to work from the Institute for Safety at Work after a detailed inspection of the machine.

Naš imperativ u proizvodnji namenskih industrijskih mašina je bezbednost. Današnje industrijske mašine imaju velike kapacitete i dostižu velike brzine pokretnih delova. Baš je ovo najčešći uzrok stradanja operatera usled loše isprojektovanog bezbednosnog sistema. Ulažemo maksimalne napore da pouzdanost bezbednosnog sistema bude na najvišem nivou. Ovo uspevamo korišćenjem Safety PLC-ova, kao i zaštitnih bezbednosnih uredjaja renomiranih svetskih poizvođača.
Uz svaku našu mašinu izdajemo certifikat o usaglašenosti(CE i Tri A znak) sa srpskim i evropskim regulativama projektovanja i bezbednosti mašina. Svaka naša mašina dobija dozvolu za rad od Insituta za bezbednost na radu nakon detaljne inspekcije mašine.

Installation and commissioning Instalacija i puštanje u rad

After manufacturing, the complete equipment is assembled by our service technicians and engineers, and the machine is tested in our facilities. After it is confirmed that the machine reaches the designed capacity, documents on the acceptance of the machine are signed with the clients present. The equipment is reassembled and transferred to the client's facility, where installation, training and commissioning are carried out by our experts within the prescribed period.
In case of downtime, our team is at the client's address within 24 hours of reporting the problem.

Kompletna oprema se nakon izrade montira od strane naših servisera i inženjera i vrši se testiranje mašine u našim pogonima. Nakon što se utvdrdi da mašina dostiže projektovani kapacitet potpisuju se dokumenti o prijemu mašine sa prisutnim klijentima. Oprema se resklapa i prenosi u pogon klijenta, gde se u propisanom roku vrši instalacija, obuka i puštanje u rad od strane naših stručnih lica.
U slučaju zastoja, naš tim je u roku od 24h od prijave problema na adresi klijenta.
