Robotic chassis welding system Robotski sistem za zavarivanje šasija

Automatizovana robotska zavarivačka ćelija sa robotom na portalu i šinom od 12m i 3 radna mesta sa 3 pozicionera.

U ovom automatizovanom sistemu se zavaraju šasije za auto prikolice. Dok na jednoj poziciji robot zavaruje šasiju, na druge dve pozicije se postavljaju šasije u odgovarajući alat kako bi se zavarivanje sledećih komada odvijalo bez prekida.

Instaliran je Panasonic zavarivački robot.

Robotski sistem je instaliran u fabrici Knott Autoflex Yug d.o.o. u Bečeju.

Ovaj projekat je podrazumevao kompletno projektovanje, izradu i puštanje u rad kompletnog sistema od strane ADVENMACH DOO.

Chassis for car trailers are welded in this automated system. While in one position the robot welds the chassis, in the other two positions the chassis are placed in the appropriate tool so that the welding of the next pieces takes place without interruption.

A Panasonic welding robot was installed.

The robotic system was installed at the Knott Autoflex Yug d.o.o. factory in Bečej.

This project included the complete design, manufacture and commissioning of the complete line by ADVENMACH DOO.
