Robotic system for welding fireplaces Robotski sistem za zavarivanje ložišta

Robotski sistem za zavarivanje ložišta se sastoji od 2 zavarivačka 6-osna robota CRP-RH18-20W postavljena na šini i 2 servo pozicionera.

U ovom sistemu operater postavlja delove ložišta u alat i nakon toga zavarivanje startuje.

Sistem je instaliran u fabrici Trgo-product d.o.o. u Inđiji.

Ovaj projekat je podrazumevao kompletno projektovanje, izradu i puštanje u rad kompletnog sistema od strane ADVENMACH DOO.

The robotic system for welding the fireplaces consists of 2 welding 6-axis robots CRP-RH18-20W mounted on a rail and 2 servo positioners.

In this system, the operator places parts of the fireplace in the tool and after that the welding starts.

The robotic system was installed at the Trgo-produkt d.o.o. factory in Inđija.

This project included the complete design, manufacture and commissioning of the complete line by ADVENMACH DOO.
